Who is eligible for a trade account?
UK-based businesses involved in interior design, curtain making, soft furnishings, retail, or related trades. We verify every application manually and may request proof of trade (VAT certificate, company registration, or trade reference).
How long does trade approval take?
Typically one to two working days. We review every application personally and email you once approved.
Why are prices hidden?
Our pricing is exclusive to verified UK trade customers. Hiding prices from the public protects our trade partners and keeps our pricing competitive within the trade. Apply for an account to view prices.
What is the minimum order?
We are flexible. We do not enforce a strict MOQ — small jobs and large pallet orders are both welcome. Bulk pricing kicks in at higher quantities; ask for details.
Can I order custom lengths?
Yes. Standard lengths are 3m, 4m, 5m, and 10m, but we cut any length to order. Specify your requirements when placing the order or email us for a custom quote.
Do you include hooks and eyes?
Yes. Every curtain wire order comes with matching hooks and eyes included as standard. You can order extra hardware separately if needed.
How is the wire packaged?
Supplied in coils, individually bagged, with hardware in a separate pouch. We can also do branded or custom packaging for resellers — ask for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Approved trade accounts can pay by BACS, card, or on agreed credit terms (subject to credit check). Contact sales@theapextide.com to set up your preferred method.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened standard-length stock can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Custom-cut lengths and bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Request a free sample — we will send a 3m length with hooks and eyes so you can test it before committing.
