1. About us

The ApexTide is a trading name of APEXTIDE LTD, registered in England under company number 15725319, with registered office at 44 Sixth Avenue, London, England, E12 5PP. VAT number: GB469416066. Contact: sales@theapextide.com.

2. Trade-only sales

The ApexTide sells exclusively to UK-based trade customers (interior designers, curtain makers, retailers, contractors, and similar businesses). Trade account applications are subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to refuse any application without explanation.

3. Pricing and payment

Trade prices are visible only to approved logged-in customers and are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

Payment is due at point of order unless agreed credit terms are in place. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if stock is unavailable or pricing was misstated).

5. Delivery

Delivery is to UK addresses only. Custom and bulk orders are discussed and confirmed at point of order. See our Shipping policy for full details. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

As a B2B trade supplier, the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply. However, we offer:

• Unopened standard-stock returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (return shipping at customer cost).
• Faulty or damaged goods: report within 10 days of delivery with photos to sales@theapextide.com — we will replace or refund.
• Custom-cut lengths and bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur and do not constitute defects. Specifications are subject to change as we improve our products.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on theapextide.com — text, images, branding, code — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of it without written permission.

10. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your trade account login details confidential. Notify us immediately at sales@theapextide.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruption, or government action.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
