We dispatch from our UK warehouse once your order is confirmed and prepared. Standard tracked courier delivery covers all UK mainland addresses, with priority dispatch options available for approved trade accounts.
Shipping policy
Coverage. We ship to all UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, and the Highlands and Islands. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Dispatch times. Custom and bulk orders are discussed and confirmed at point of order.
Tracking. Every order ships with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Damaged goods. Inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, contact us within 10 days at sales@theapextide.com with photos and we will arrange replacement.
